The Manuscript, Archives, and Rare Book Library of Emory University offers research fellowships to assist with the cost of travel to Atlanta to conduct research in the library’s collections. The Robert W. Woodruff Library also offers competitive fellowships for Emory students in the late stages of their graduate work.

Manuscript, Archives, and Rare Book Library Research Fellowships
Research fellowships for visiting scholars are offered to support travel to use the modern literature and African American collections. The application deadline is May 30, 2009.

Robert W. Woodruff Library Graduate Fellowships
Graduate fellowships (either 9 month or 12 month), funded by the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, are awarded to advanced Emory graduate students who are expecting to complete their dissertations by the end of the fellowship period. The application deadline is March 21, 2009.
